Trailer Packages
Most of our SDI sprayers can be fitted with an available trailer package. Our sprayer frames are pre-drilled with mounting holes to attach the trailer components. Depending on the trailer package selected, it can include the springs, axle, fenders and drawbar. These packages can be used on our 100, 200, 300, 500 and 600 gallon sprayers. There are also a few trailer options for the PCO and Low Profile Commercial Skid Sprayers.
Standard Trailer Assembly
This package includes a bolt-on straight drawbar with clevis hitch and swing away crank jack. There is a bolt-on axle assembly with two 15 x 4.5″ wheels and 15″ highway tires for off highway or low speed use. 
Turf Trailer Assembly
The turf trailer assembly includes a bolt-on axle with a straight drawbar, clevis hitch and swing away crank jack. There are two wheels with 18 x 8.5 x 8″ four ply turf tires for off highway or low speed use.
Dual Turf Trailer Assembly
The dual turf package features a bolt-on dual axle with four wheels and 18 x 8.5 x 8″ four-ply turf tires for off highway or low speed use. There is a bolt-on straight drawbar with clevis hitch and swing away crank jack.
High Flotation Trailer Assembly
Our high flotation assembly includes a bolt-on axle with two 15 x 8″ wheels and 11L-15 eight-ply turf tires for off highway or low speed use. The bolt-on straight drawbar with clevis hitch and swing away crank
jack is included.
Ultra High Flotation Trailer Assembly
The ultra high flotation package features a bolt-on axle with two high flotation 31 x 13.5″ eight-ply tires for off highway or low speed use. There is a bolt-on straight drawbar with clevis hitch and swing away crank jack.
Highway (DOT) Trailer Assembly
The highway trailer package includes a bolt-on straight drawbar with a ball hitch and swing away crank jack. It features a single axle assembly with springs, fenders, light kit and two 15 x 4.5″ wheels with 15″ highway tires.
High Flotation Highway (DOT) Trailer Assembly
The high flotation highway trailer package includes a bolt-on straight drawbar with a ball hitch and swing away crank jack. It features a single axle assembly with springs, fenders, light kit and two 15 x 4.5″ wheels with high flotation 11L x 15″ highway rated tires. We also build tandem axle trailer packages and tandem axle highway trailer packages with or without electric or surge brakes for our 500 and 600 gallon sprayers.
